Financial Literacy to Promote Financial Discipline in Society
TISCO Group believes that life opportunities can be created and that creating a “sustainable future” starts with good financial planning. Thus, we have continuously supported and transferred financial knowledge to people in various groups with the goal of seeing Thai people have a better quality of life through seminars and activities related to financial literacy both online and offline, Especially the youth, who will be the foundation for the growth of Thai society and economy in the future. Human Rights Management

We adopted the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP), along with the ‘Protect, Respect and Remedy’ framework, as guidelines for our human rights practices, which serve as a unified standard across the organization.
- Employees receive annual compulsory training to build awareness and understanding of their roles and responsibilities in respecting human rights, with an aim to promotes ethical conduct and respectful behavior towards colleagues, customers, and business partners.
- TISCO Group also communicates our human rights commitment to business partners, encouraging them to operate fairly, respect human rights, and strictly comply with labor laws.
- Human rights risk assessments are embedded into the company’s overall risk management process, enabling the identification, prevention, and proper management of potential risks.
- A secure and confidential grievance mechanism is in place for employees to report any human rights concerns or violations. In addition, reports can be submitted through our whistleblowing channels
