Oversight of Fair Customer Service ​

Underlining our commitment to conduct business with transparency and fairness, TISCO Group incorporates the Market Conduct practices announced by the Bank of Thailand into our fair customer service policy. This policy takes into account the benefits of our customers and governs our customer service practices from start to finish. The Group’s fair customer service policy covers the nine major factors seen below and ensures equitable practice for our customers, in line with the Bank of Thailand’s guidance as follows:​​

Good Governance Promotion​​

TISCO Group trusts in good corporate governance that supports business and social sustainability objectives including creating the highest value for shareholders and all stakeholders as follows:​​

Collaboration with internal stakeholders​​

  • Conduct business under the principles of good corporate governance, backed by anti-corruption and anti-bribery efforts, honest operations, and transparency for employees to instill a strong corporate culture.​
  • Enhance risk management by establishing a risk committee to direct overall risks as well as oversee operations in accordance with policies and risk management strategies.​
  • Define policies and guidelines for offering products and services to customers. Communicate and follow up to ensure correct practice and strict compliance.​

Collaboration with External Stakeholders​

In 2022, TISCO Financial Group Public Limited and 3 affiliated companies consisting of TISCO Bank Public Company Limited, TISCO Securities Company Limited and TISCO Asset Management Company Limited, were certified for the 3 rd renewal of being a member of the Thai Private Sector's Fight Against Corruption and participated in the online event CAC NATIONAL CONFERENCE 2022 "รวมพลังพันธมิตร รวมพลังต้านโกง" via Thai Private Sector's Fight Against Corruption (CAC) Facebook Page (https://facebook.com/ThaiCAC) held on December 9, 2022.​

TISCO Group has continuously pushed for anti-corruption practices in all its units. Internally, staff are inculcated with honesty, which is considered a key corporate value. Also, TISCO Group has formulated policies and guidelines on anti-corruption including the No Gift Policy. The key essence of policies and guidelines has been communicated with the executives and staff through various channels​
